Brian Donmoyer grew up in the Lititz area where he currently lives with his wife, Kathleen. They have two adult children, Kevin and Kelly (married to Andrew Good) and one grandson, Benjamin.

Brian has been a Realtor since 2001 representing Lancaster County buyers and sellers. He combines his 40+ years of sales and negotiating experience with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale’s extensive resources to make his client’s real estate transactions professional, profitable and enjoyable.

Brian tailors his detailed approach to representing each customer whether they be selling or buying a resale or new construction property. His philosophy is to always do what is best for his customer. “I spend a lot of time listening to my clients in order to understand their particular situation, needs and wants,” he says.

As a member of the Patrick Trimble Team, Brian brings clients not only his own expertise and experience, but also the skills of a professional team of experts to help navigate the increasingly complicated world of real estate. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and on his boat. He is Board Chairman for the Warwick Community Ambulance Association, Treasurer for Lititz AMBUCS, member of the Warwick Joint Strategic Coordinating Committee and member of the Warwick to Ephrata Rail Trail Committee.
