"My husband and I have bought and sold several homes in our lifetime. Each time, we had an outstanding realtor. But Patrick Trimble exceeded every one of our former realtors. When we were considering downsizing, Patrick took the time to come to our home and walked through every room on three floors and provided a detailed list of recommendations for us in order to prepare our home for sale. Realistically, this would be a two-three year project which we realized. Patrick informed us that we had maintained our home in top quality and that the recommendations were just that – recommendations. But we implemented each recommendation.
